Whether you see it or not….

By chromating, your aluminium part is getting a thin, non-corrosive and electrically conductive coating. This coating is also used as a background for a potentially further wet or powder coating.

Of course we also work with chrome(VI)-free alternatives in light green and colourless designs. As a special feature, ALBEA offers a combination of anodizing and chromating of the same part. Thereby the anodised metal sheet side is for the decorative side and the chromated side covers the technical aspects.
